Job summary

WithSecure in London is seeking a People Business Partner to redefine HR in an AI-native organisation. You will work with senior leaders on the employee lifecycle, redesign workflows, and champion AI-driven improvements across the function.

You will blend people expertise with technology, coach managers, and lead workforce planning, organisation design, and talent strategy. The role reports to the VP of People and Talent and offers a chance to shape how AI reshapes our HR operations.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a People Business Partner or in a generalist HR role.
• Curiosity about AI and technology; willing to try new tools.
• Confident communicator who builds trust with employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and employees on HR business partnering across performance, ER, design and talent planning.
• Pilot AI tools and new approaches to improve processes and self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with the People and Talent team to drive AI-native transformation across the organisation.
