Job summary

A London-based institutional private equity firm is seeking a Director & Partner to lead private wealth capital formation across family offices, UHNW and private banking channels. You will own the function, advise on investments, and build trusted relationships to drive allocations and growth.

The successful candidate will join a founder-led team with strong governance and an incentive structure that includes equity and significant bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years working directly with private wealth clients.
• Track record of capital raised from private wealth investors.
• Experience with Private Banks, Asset Managers, or Family Offices.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital raising for fund products with family offices and UHNW/HNW clients.
• Build investor plans and position the value proposition per client segment.
• Develop relationships with key investors and decision-makers.
• Prepare investor documentation, presentations and reporting with compliance in mind.
