What we need:

The Director Global Accounts is a high-level leader responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic direction of Global Enterprise Accounts. This role will engage in planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to gain and retain Global Enterprise Accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and drive revenue growth to meet annual sales quotas for Enterprise Global accounts.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain account plans for Enterprise Global accounts.
  • Drive Enterprise Global account management strategies including pricing, product, logistics, and execution of all projects.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to customers concerning company products to drive sales and project attainment.
  • Engage and convert opportunities into active accounts, and develop the conversion process and transition plan.
  • Provide quarterly business reviews with activated accounts to address performance relative to the organization’s KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Lead weekly sales pipeline reviews for assigned accounts and work with sales leadership and field sales teams to drive sales.
  • Work with Product team to ensure design and pricing for Enterprise Global accounts are current and up to date with market trends.
  • Proactive in identifying and clearing roadblocks for the team.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.

  • Solid understanding of broader organization context and goals.
  • Able to delegate work effective to team members; ensures tasks are completed without micromanaging.

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.

  • High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
