Qualifications

• Experience leading Account Directors and Account Executives.
• Strong client relationship management and service delivery.
• Proven ability to drive portfolio growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• Knowledge of FCA rules and Lloyd's market requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Account Directors and Account Executives, providing direction and coaching for high-quality client service.
• Own key client relationships as the principal service contact and align advice with clients’ risk and objectives.
• Provide leadership across the Construction team, coordinating with internal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Drive profitable portfolio growth by identifying new opportunities within existing relationships and developing new business.
• Advise clients on solutions, pricing and placement strategies that meet their needs.
• Oversee renewals and endorsements, ensuring timely activity and robust records.
• Build strong market relationships and broker negotiations to secure market support.
• Prepare client and market materials, ensuring accuracy and quality checks.
