Job summary

Marsh in London seeks a Client Executive/Broker in Construction (International Energy) to join the hybrid team. You will manage exposure to major project insurance placements and work with clients and network offices across UK and international markets.

You will plan broking strategy, provide technical insurance advice on CAR/TPL/DSU classes, and build enduring relationships with senior client contacts while benefiting from professional development and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Client and market facing experience within Construction Clients or large corporate clients.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to develop relationships with senior level client contacts.
• Technical competence in CAR/TPL/DSU classes of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to major project insurance placements within the international construction sector specialising in energy.
• Planning broking strategy with clients or network offices and broked in the UK and International markets to attain lead terms and/or support to lead terms.
• Work closely with major clients and network offices providing both quasi retail and wholesale support.
• Provide technical insurance advice on a wide variety of challenges that face our clients daily.
• Become a member of a close-knit team of dedicated construction insurance specialists who provide an outstanding service to the construction industry.
• Industry focused insurance and technical training from the markets leading construction insurance professionals.
• Work in a busy environment with an experienced and supportive team.
• Build on your existing insurance and industry knowledge and manage relationships with our broking and claims teams along with other support colleagues.
