• Experience in insurance/broking operations.
• Strong attention to documentation and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage renewal timelines and client information.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support clients by understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions.
• Manage renewal timelines and information to ensure policies are renewed efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client, policy, and market documentation.
• Assist with presentations and materials for prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with technical, compliance, and operational teams to support placements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data is updated across systems.
• Perform quality checks to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.
• Adhere to Miller policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (Lloyd’s byelaws, FCA rules).
• Promote Miller brand and values in the market.
