Job summary

Miller in Ipswich is seeking a proactive Client Support professional with insurance experience. The role focuses on delivering prompt, accurate account management support to clients and client-facing teams, with some travel to London.

The successful candidate will handle renewals, market documentation, and bespoke wording production while maintaining compliant records and collaborating with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• A Levels (or equivalent).
• CII qualification progress desirable.
• Knowledge of Lloyd's, London and international insurance is beneficial.
• Experience in a technical Lloyd's/London market role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ business and risk management needs, and support ongoing service delivery.
• Initiate and track renewals; gather information to obtain terms and place firm orders.
• Coordinate with Account Executives to prepare market documentation and ensure it meets requirements.
• Develop and produce bespoke wordings and update contracts accordingly.
• Create client presentations and timely production of documentation (Market Reform Contracts, Evidence of Cover, slips, wordings).
• Maintain accurate e-files (FLEX) and provide progress updates to management.
