Job summary

BNY is seeking a Director, Cash Management Manager to lead end-to-end operations across the EMEA region, spanning domestic and cross-border payments. This role focuses on operational excellence, client experience, risk control, and scalable automation.

You will drive data-driven decisioning, AI-enabled workflows, and continuous improvement while partnering with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Product to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of cash management operations experience.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong regulatory oversight and risk management.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Cash Management operations function, setting objectives and service standards.
• Manage local team capacity, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Drive automation, data insights, and AI-enabled operations at scale.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Coverage teams to deliver client outcomes.
