Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Senior Associate in the EMEA region to lead the onboarding and setup of core cash management services for global clients.

You will oversee end-to-end implementation, from kickoff to go-live, coordinating with KYC, Sales, Product, Client Service and other partners to deliver a high-quality client experience. This client-facing role sits within the FIG EMEA Client Onboarding team, supporting banks, Asset Managers, non-bank financial

Qualifications

• Experience working with corporate and/or financial institutions clients.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven project management capability to develop and execute implementation plans.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement global Cash Management solutions in EMEA with varying complexity.
• Manage multiple deals end-to-end by acting as the central point for internal/external customers.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Client Service, Operations and other internal teams to ensure delivery.
• Develop project plans and guide clients on tasks and roles within the plan.
• Attend and host client meetings to review progress against the plan.
• Work with internal/external parties to deliver solutions within tight timeframes.
• Provide accurate implementation statuses and escalate risks.
• Support team colleagues as needed.
• Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives.
