J.P. Morgan in London seeks an EMEA Cash Agent Bank Network Manager to lead relationships with Agent Banks and act as the program lead for cross-functional initiatives across LOBs and FMIs.

The role covers markets across London and beyond, including global coordination with Compliance, Legal, Risk and Technology. • Experience with cash products, liquidity management and payment processes.
• Strong experience in TPO, risk, control, and regulatory management.

• Manages all aspects of Agent Bank relationships in selected markets.
• Maintains strong relationships with the lines of business and other partners, articulating key business strategies and requirements.
• Supports business needs and strategies by identifying solutions and delivering required outcomes.
• Provides thought leadership on market and regulatory change and its impact on the business and clients.
• Delivers Agent Bank change in assigned markets as per due diligence and business needs.
• Expedites market information reviews to speed delivery to businesses and clients.
• Responds promptly to market-specific enquiries and escalations from businesses, clients, and Network Management colleagues.
• Represents Network Management in NBIs, assessing risks related to new engagements, products, or businesses.
• Contributes to special projects and may represent JPM in industry forums.
• Acts as main contact for crisis events affecting markets, coordinating across stakeholders.
• Acts as Program Manager for Agent Bank cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
