BNY is seeking a Vice President for Client Cash Processing to join its Wealth Services Operations team in Manchester. This role oversees client operations and reporting, driving service excellence and regulatory compliance while partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

The candidate will lead strategic initiatives, manage key client relationships, and contribute to a culture of trust and operational excellence within a global financial services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred.
• Extensive years of client service and management experience.
• Experience in payment operations and in financial services operations.

Responsibilities

• Foster continuous improvement culture within Client Cash Processing, aligning with our principles.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery using best practices and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency; ensure timely, accurate client reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for key clients, addressing needs and concerns professionally.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions for client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of operational integrity and risk management.
