Job summary

WPP is seeking a Director of Product, Workflow & Work Management to lead the evolution of Work Management within WPP Open, the AI-powered platform. You will define the strategy, drive the roadmap and partner with engineering, design and analytics to deliver scalable workflow capabilities for agencies and clients.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, govern cross-functional teams and ensure integrations with major enterprise systems, APIs and third-party tools while

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS products, workflow platforms, work management solutions, or operational systems.
• Understanding of project and task management, workflow analysis, transformation and automation, and approval workflows.
• Direct experience with work management platforms and integration within agencies, enterprises, and client organizations.
• Proficiency in leading and implementing agile development frameworks for technically delivered products.
• Experience delivering products that integrate with third-party enterprise systems, APIs and data interoperability.
• Experience with enterprise clients needing integration with proprietary systems.
• Familiar with AI-enabled workflow automation and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Work Management within WPP Open.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership to shape a lean, iterative product roadmap.
• Work with Engineering, Design, UX to deliver end-to-end work management capabilities.
• Design solutions connecting work across teams to reduce handoffs and improve visibility.
• Define requirements for integrations with leading work management platforms.
• Provide day-to-day vision and motivation to cross-functional product teams.
• Use data to drive product strategies and measure adoption and usage.
• Promote best practices in Product Management and Ownership.
• Support development teams through requirements, reviews and QA.
• Balance platform priorities with agency and client needs; communicate roadmap and releases.
