You will train client teams on OMS products, deliver product walkthroughs, and coordinate with product, engineering, and data strategy teams to ensure value realization and tight feedback loops.

Qualificações

• Experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to act as a confident product advocate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client enablement programs across a cluster, onboarding and training clients on OMS products.
• Deliver hands-on enablement through product walkthroughs, demos, and tailored training sessions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data strategy teams; relay client feedback for improvements.
• Coordinate with regional peers to share learnings and ensure consistency across accounts.
• Represent OMS Enablement in cross-studio workstreams to drive alignment and deployment readiness.
• Monitor adoption metrics and client satisfaction, adjusting strategies as needed.
