WPP Media is seeking a Director, Product Enablement—AI for the UK to translate product strategy into scalable enablement programs that drive platform adoption. You’ll build resources, guide teams, and shape a long-term roadmap with autonomy and clear impact.

You will lead multiple enablement initiatives across capabilities, partner with cross‑discipline teams, mentor peers, and monitor adoption metrics to optimise value delivery across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in platform/product enablement, client success, product marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of advertising or related field with complex agency structures.

Aufgaben

• Mentor and guide junior team members and stakeholders on expert product use.
• Set or contribute to OKRs for the team.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Independently develop deep understanding of app capabilities and their strategic place.
• Input to product roadmaps based on client needs and data feedback.
• Design and implement enablement programs for various partner groups.
