Job summary

WPP is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to lead strategy and execution for the Agentic Data Platform within Cohort Solutions. You will own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across multiple data initiatives, partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, high-impact products that drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience with strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle ownership.
• Experience building or scaling data/AI/SaaS products in enterprise contexts.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across data platform products.
• Translate customer, user and market needs into priorities and outcomes.
• Lead discovery, development, launch, adoption and iteration of products.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, Governance and Market teams.
• Define success measures and use data to track adoption, value and performance.
• Develop product economics and commercialization approaches.
