The Role
As a Director you will report into the MD and sit alongside two other directors making up the senior management team. Your role will be critical in determining the future and long-term success of the business.

You will provide senior level, strategic counsel to clients and provide leadership and daily management to account teams. You will show gravitas in developing strategic direction for these major corpsumer accounts and you’ll be part of the team that will grow the business ensuring future success. You will have a strong corpsumer background, and a plethora of contacts across the market.

The Rewards
£80K-£90K plus 23 days’ holiday + office closure between Christmas and New Year, hybrid working (3 days a week), employer pension contributions, enhanced parental leave, monthly wellness contribution, hertility health membership, ongoing internal and external training and coaching.
