Job summary

Beagle in London is seeking a commercially focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital performance across a luxury hotel portfolio. You will develop, implement and optimise strategies to increase brand awareness, drive direct bookings and maximise ROI, working with the Director of Marketing and agency partners to deliver effective paid strategies.

You will manage budgets across direct channels and third-party platforms, monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions

Qualifications

Has proven experience in a digital marketing or paid media role, ideally within hospitality, travel or leisure sector.
Has experience managing and optimising significant digital marketing budgets.
Is highly analytical, commercially aware and comfortable interpreting performance data.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimise digital marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives.
Lead paid digital activity across Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, Display and Metasearch.
Work closely with the Director of Marketing and digital agency partners to develop and execute effective paid digital strategies.
Manage digital marketing budgets across direct channels and third-party platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and identify opportunities to improve conversion, acquisition costs and overall digital performance.
Support hotel teams with F&B campaigns and local digital advertising.
Identify opportunities to continually improve digital performance and return on investment.
