Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a UK Digital Growth Manager to own hotel partners' digital presence and performance in the UK, a market with strong direct booking potential. You will drive new business, upsell, and act as the local face for digital initiatives.

You will manage client performance, oversee campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, CS, and global digital teams to deliver measurable outcomes for Profitroom’s hotel partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Ability to own and articulate digital strategies across paid media, SEO, CRM and content for UK hotels.
• Experience presenting to senior hotel stakeholders and driving direct revenue.

Responsibilities

• Win new digital business by collaborating with the UK Sales team to secure website and digital marketing contracts.
• Identify upsell opportunities across the UK client base and convert into contracted digital engagements.
• Own client performance as the primary contact for Profitroom’s digital services, accountable for results and satisfaction.
• Oversee live paid media, SEO, and CRM activity ensuring delivery aligns with targets and strategy.
• Bridge Digital, Sales, CS and hotel partners to ensure consistent, joined‑up delivery.
