Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of the hotel's marketing strategy across rooms, F&B, events and spa with a digital focus. You will own performance marketing, website content, SEO, CRM and e-commerce initiatives, ensuring activity is delivered on budget with measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Experience managing website content, CRM activity, email campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day marketing activity aligned with the hotel’s marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
• Manage and optimise website content, SEO performance, and online customer journeys to ensure an engaging and up-to-date digital presence.
• Work closely with the Rosewood Digital Hub and agency partners to drive performance marketing across paid search, display, social, and SEO channels.
• Lead CRM initiatives, including email marketing, database management, and targeted communications campaigns.
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve results and maximise return on investment.
