West Court Retreat is seeking a warm, organised, and guest-focused Dining Host to be the first point of contact in our dining experience. This role is key to creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth dining room flow and exceptional hospitality.

Requirements

Applicants must be 18 or over due to the requirement of selling alcohol.

Please note, West Court Retreat is not on a public transport route, so please consider necessary travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, managing reservations and wait times
• Maintain a serene, attentive dining byinshi aligned with retreat values
• Present menus, explain daily offerings, and support dietary requirements
• Coordinate guest flow with service, bar, and kitchen teams
• Keep dining areas clean, organised, and visually appealing
• Share guest feedback and support the team during busy services
