Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in end-user computing, desktop or digital workplace support.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and device management with Intune.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, MFA and Exchange Online administration.

Responsibilities

• End-user support and Microsoft 365 operations across Windows and Apple devices.
• Manage device lifecycle with Intune, Autopilot and Apple Business Manager enrolment.
• Support joiners, movers and leavers; ensure day-one access and device readiness.
• Administer Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online to global standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, reduce repeat incidents, and document solutions.
