LifeArc is seeking a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Platform Specialist in London. You will lead end‑user computing, digital workplace services and the device lifecycle across in‑office, remote, and lab environments.

You will drive secure access, IAM and compliance, while guiding platform migrations and automation efforts. This senior role partners with IT and business stakeholders to elevate the employee experience and workplace technology strategy.

• Lead and optimise end‑user services and digital workplace technologies across office, remote, and lab environments.
• Own device lifecycle, provisioning, enrolment, patching and platform optimisation.
• Drive secure access, IAM and compliance for workplace tech with security and platform teams.
• Champion Digital Employee Experience (DEX) using feedback, automation and self‑service.
• Ensure ITIL‑aligned governance, resilience, and proactive monitoring of services.
• Provide senior‑level VIP/executive support for meetings and events.
