Job summary

Le Creuset UK Ltd. is hiring a Digital Workplace Analyst to keep colleagues productive by delivering end-user support and managing Microsoft 365 and device lifecycle through Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID. You will implement global standards for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online while fixing issues at the source.

You’ll support joiners, movers, and leavers, ensure secure access, and work with AI tools to improve processes. Hybrid role with occasional travel to UK sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in end-user computing, desktop or digital workplace support in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune experience for Windows and Apple devices, including Windows Autopilot and/or Apple Business Manager.
• Working knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online administration, and Entra ID fundamentals.
• Strong Windows 11, macOS and iOS/iPadOS troubleshooting; disciplined ITSM practice and clear documentation.
• A continuous improvement mindset – fixes the cause, not just the ticket – and sound judgement using AI tools.
• ITIL 4 Foundation (or later), or achieved within six months.

Responsibilities

• End-user support and Microsoft 365 operations, treating every colleague as a guest and ensuring issues are fixed first-time where possible.
• Resolve incidents and requests within SLA through ServiceNow – remotely first, with a focus on first-time resolution (FTR).
• Record tickets against the Business Service model, and escalate as needed to maintain accuracy.
• Administer Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online – permissions, groups, mailboxes and policies to global standards.
• Support joiner/mover/leaver changes and verify devices/access work on day one; HR feeds Active Directory via Entra ID.
• Support identity and access in Entra ID – MFA, self-service password reset and Conditional Access with Information Security.
• Manage Windows and Apple device lifecycle through Microsoft Intune – Autopilot and Apple Business Manager enrollment and compliance.
