Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking an IT Analyst to join the Workplace Technology team in London.

You will support and administer devices, workplace technologies and collaboration tools to keep colleagues productive across the firm. You will work with senior team members on daily operations, technology deployments and continuous improvement across our global environment, helping maintain endpoint compliance and reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in workplace technology, endpoint management or end-user computing.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management platforms or MDM solutions.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Experience with software deployment, patch management, endpoint compliance and device lifecycle activities.
• Experience with audio-visual, video conferencing or collaboration technologies.
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, PowerShell scripting and basic automation.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers and peripherals.
• Assist with provisioning, configuration, compliance monitoring and maintenance.
• Support mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security controls.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and device records.
• Support software deployment, application packaging, updates and patch management.
• Assist with administration of Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, Microsoft Defender and Ivanti Neurons.
• Support software licensing, deployment standards and device configuration policies.
• Support audio-visual, video conferencing and presentation technologies.
• Help plan and deliver technology for internal meetings, events and conferences.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with stakeholders on event requirements.
• Respond to support requests and escalations on workplace technologies.
• Monitor platform health and coordinate resolution with senior colleagues.
• Maintain documentation, procedures and support materials.
• Participate in workplace technology projects and deployments.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team initiatives.

• Process automation and workflow optimisation experience
