Job summary

JLA Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Change & Adoption Analyst to support a large public sector digital transformation in East London on a hybrid basis. This interim role focuses on change, adoption and training around new digital solutions and workflows.

You will assess impacts, understand adoption needs, develop practical change plans, create training materials and deliver sessions via classroom, Teams and workshops. Coaching and hands-on user support are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology-enabled change and the adoption of new systems, digital tools or processes.
• Strong training, facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
• Experience creating practical training materials, user guidance and communications.
• The ability to quickly understand new technology and explain it in straightforward, user-friendly language.
• Experience working with stakeholders and users with differing levels of confidence and enthusiasm for change.
• An understanding of change and adoption principles and how to embed new behaviours beyond the initial training or go-live.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach and the flexibility to adapt your style to different teams and audiences.
• The ability to work at pace across multiple areas of a changing organisation.
• Formal change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR would be useful, but practical experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assess how new technology and redesigned processes will affect different teams and users.
• Work with stakeholders to understand adoption needs, potential barriers and levels of digital confidence.
• Develop practical change and adoption plans for new systems, tools and ways of working.
• Create clear, accessible training materials, guidance, demonstrations and user resources.
• Deliver engaging training through a mixture of classroom sessions, Teams sessions, workshops, demonstrations and recorded content.
• Provide one-to-one coaching, drop-ins and practical support to users who need additional help.
• Translate technology into practical benefits, helping people understand how it can make their jobs easier and services more effective.
• Help teams make better use of existing productivity and collaboration tools as well as newly developed solutions.
• Gather feedback, monitor adoption and identify where additional support or intervention is needed.
• Work with service managers and digital teams to ensure new processes and ways of working become embedded rather than users reverting to old practices.
