Job summary

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Transformation and Change Team. You will help redesign CRM and digital experiences, working with business experts and technology colleagues to understand needs, capture requirements, and map processes across the full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

This role offers hybrid working and an opportunity to shape customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis skills and experience in a similar sized organisation.
• Robust problem solving and analysis capabilities.
• Expertise in business improvement and process development.
• Understanding of Target Operating Model principles.
• Experience in business transformation or change projects.
• Ability to analyse data and develop business cases.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial performance awareness.
• Risk identification and mitigation capability.
• Ability to map and design processes to align with workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis support to the Transformation Programme and target operating model delivery.
• Lead aspects of the programme, present options for decision making, and develop viable solutions.
• Deliver parts of the Transformation Programme in collaboration with stakeholders across L&Q.
• Manage relationships and influence business and technical stakeholders.
• Support quality of the solution through acceptance criteria, testing, and future process design.
