Job summary

Lorien in Glasgow is seeking a Training & Adoption Lead for an 8-month contract with potential extensions, delivering a Microsoft 365 transformation. You will design training, drive user adoption, and work with stakeholders to maximise value from new tools.

The role focuses on change readiness, capability building and engagement across a large public-sector style programme, with hybrid working in Glasgow and a rate up to £400 daily Inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading training and adoption activities within digital transformation programmes.
• Strong background in change management, user adoption and business readiness.
• Ability to create engaging training materials, workshops and learning content.
• Experience developing adoption strategies and measuring success through KPIs and usage data.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Public sector or highly regulated environment experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot advantageous.

Rate: Up to £400 Inside IR35

We're supporting a key public sector organisation delivering a major digital transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Training & Adoption Lead to drive engagement, capability building and adoption of new digital tools and ways of working.

This role will lead the training and adoption workstream across a large-scale Microsoft 365 transformation, ensuring colleagues are supported through change and equipped to maximise the value of new technologies.
