Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Change Analyst to support NHS digital transformation from concept to go-live and benefits realisation. The role is hybrid in London, contracted until March 2027, paying £450 per day inside IR35.

You will engage with clinical and operational teams, map processes, support prototype design, testing and training, and help ensure adoption of new patient-facing digital services across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business change in NHS environments.
• Experience supporting the adoption of digital technology.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to map current and future processes and identify improvements.
• Experience with user testing and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead change activity from concept through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Work with clinical, operational and digital stakeholders to define requirements and readiness.
• Map current and future processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support prototype design and future ways of working.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing and user testing.
• Develop change and implementation plans for adoption.
• Support training, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide go-live support to users and clinical teams.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and barriers to adoption.
• Ensure governance requirements are documented and progressed for approval.
• Monitor delivery against baseline metrics and benefits realisation measures.
• Produce progress updates and benefits reporting for stakeholders.
• Help ensure new digital solutions deliver improvements to patient and staff experience.
