Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd. is recruiting IT Trainers to design and deliver training for a major digital transformation rollout, including a new Digital Case File system used by over 4,000 staff. You will work with SMEs to create training materials and deliver engaging sessions both online and in person.

Candidates should be quick to learn new tech, communicate clearly, and adapt to ongoing system changes. A driving licence and UK travel are expected during rollout.

Qualifications

• Formal training delivery experience.
• Strong communication, especially to groups.
• Ability to adapt to evolving system changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials with SMEs and project colleagues.
• Deliver online and in-person training sessions to staff groups.
• Keep up-to-date with system and process changes during rollout.
• Translate technical information into clear user guidance.
