Job summary

Sky is seeking a Digital Trading Lead to own the end-to-end digital performance narrative, using data and commercial judgment to identify and deliver opportunities across acquisition and existing journeys.

You will translate performance data into clear insights, drive trading decisions to maximise digital share, ARPU, and net customer growth, and collaborate across Digital Marketing, eCommerce and value streams.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver the Digital sales plan, taking accountability for performance against targets.
Make trading decisions balancing data, customer impact and commercial priorities.
Lead the digital performance narrative and ensure insight drives action with senior stakeholders.
Monitor performance and prioritise opportunities to improve conversion and customer value.
Define and execute optimisation plans with measurable commercial impact.
Develop and evolve a Digital trading playbook understanding key levers and outcomes.
Collaborate across Digital Marketing, eCommerce and value streams to deliver seamless journeys.
Lead transformation initiatives to improve digital proposition and trading effectiveness.
Build strong stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
