Job summary

Sky seeks a Digital Trading Lead to own the end-to-end digital performance across acquisition and existing customer journeys. You will translate performance data into actionable insights, driving trading decisions that maximise digital share, ARPU and net customer growth.

Collaboration across Digital Marketing, eCommerce and value streams will be key as you lead optimization plans and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong data-driven performance focus and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent storytelling and communication to drive understanding at all levels.
• Proven ability to move from analysis to action delivering measurable impact at pace.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leadership.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments with high accountability.
• Experience in Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar applications alongside MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Digital sales plan with accountability for performance vs targets.
• Make trading decisions balancing data, customer impact and commercial priorities.
• Lead the digital performance narrative and influence senior stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and prioritise opportunities to improve conversion and demand.
• Define and execute optimisation plans with measurable commercial impact.
• Develop and evolve a Digital trading playbook and key levers.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, eCommerce and value streams for end-to-end journeys.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve digital proposition and trading effectiveness.
• Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
