Job summary

Fenwick Limited is seeking a Digital Trader to drive online sales and profitability by combining commercial insight with data-driven decision making. You will own the trading performance of categories and use analytics to identify opportunities and optimise the online journey.

Collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Site Optimisation and Analytics, you’ll manage the trading calendar, support key launches and enhance onsite merchandising, search and promotions to deliver a compelling

Qualifications

• Strong eCommerce trading and optimisation experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience of eCommerce merchandising software and analytics tools.
• Shopify experience ideal but not required.
• Agility PIM experience ideal but not required.
• Experience of working with both own bought products and concession brands advantageous.
• Commercially aware with strong trading focus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
• The ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the trading performance of your categories and drive online sales and profitability.
• Identify opportunities using customer behaviour, web analytics and trading data to optimise the online journey.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Site Optimisation and Analytics teams.
• Manage the trading calendar and support key launches; optimise onsite merchandising, search and promotions.
• Contribute to site improvements, product enrichment and testing initiatives, and support Fenwick's digital growth strategy.
