QA Limited is recruiting for an apprentice to join Ecclefechan Surgery in Scotland as a Healthcare Administration Apprentice. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, support appointments, and manage enquiries by phone, email and in person.

As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient service both at reception and through telephone and email enquiries. You'll help patients access the services they need, manage appointments, and contribute to a positive experience for everyone who contacts the practice. You will also support the day-to-day administration of the surgery, maintaining accurate patient records, processing prescriptions and referrals, managing correspondence, and using a range of healthcare and digital systems.
