Main duties of the job
We are looking for three enthusiastic Customer Service & Administration Apprentices to join the Outpatient Administration Centre (OAC) at University Hospital Southampton.
The OAC is a busy and supportive team at the heart of outpatient services, providing administrative and reception support to clinical teams across University Hospital Southampton, Princess Anne Hospital and Royal South Hants Hospital.
This apprenticeship offers excellent training and development opportunities, allowing you to gain valuable NHS experience while working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Join our busy Outpatient Administration Centre and play an important role in supporting patients across the Trust. As part of your apprenticeship, you will gain valuable administration and customer service experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
You do not need previous administration experience, although experience in a customer-facing or professional environment would be beneficial.
To be eligible, you must have GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent). You will receive paid off-the-job training as part of your apprenticeship programme.
