Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Digital Solutions Technical Sales Executive in London to drive growth across our digital portfolio. The role involves developing opportunities, supporting customers' digital transformation goals, and increasing recurring revenue, with travel across the UK as required.

You will build value propositions, ROI models and manage cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Service and technical teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering or Technology.
• Experience in solution sales, SaaS, IoT, smart buildings, digital solutions or energy management.
• Proven success managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
• Experience engaging with medium to large enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop Digital Solutions opportunities across key accounts and target markets.
• Understand customer challenges and digital transformation objectives.
• Build value propositions, business cases and ROI models.
• Support the sales cycle from qualification to order closure.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and technical teams.
• Deliver solution presentations and demonstrations.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast.
• Promote software, subscriptions and digital services.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
