Environment Agency is hiring a Digital service specialist to lead the ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform-based capability supporting the P3M (Portfolio, Programme and Project Management) function.

The role collaborates with the Product Manager, developers and wider project team to design operational processes, ensure live operation, and guide user guidance and adoption across directorates.

Qualificações

• Ability to create internal workflows and training for a digital service.
• Experience supporting products transitioning to live operation.
• Knowledge management, change management for digital solutions.
• Excellent customer management across seniority levels.
• Strong communication to influence improvements across teams.
• Experience with live products and continuous service management with a product manager.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service management of SEA Change and ensure a user-centred live service.
• Develop service readiness and transition of new functionality to live operation.
• Design and embed operational processes to support the product.
• Stakeholder engagement, training and user adoption activities.
• Continuously improve the service as the product evolves.
