Job summary

Allstate NI is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of security-focused products that protect enterprise assets and promote secure-by-default development practices. You will own lifecycle of critical security tools used across the enterprise and work with the Product Security team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience conducting product scoping, discovery, framing, and backlog ownership for a digital product team.
• At least 1 year of coaching and mentoring product management peers across a broader tech organisation.
• Strong understanding of security, secure SDLC, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for security products.
• Plan for scalability and future needs while aligning with compliance requirements.
• Integrate AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to deliver secure-by-default capabilities.
• Maintain backlog, write user stories, and drive agile releases.
• Lead data-driven decisions with KPIs/OKRs and risk reporting.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and partners.
