Job summary

Allstate NI is seeking a Lead Engineer – Security Engineering to spearhead the design, development, and support of security controls across product teams. You will lead a hands-on security engineering group, partnering with global stakeholders, and drive secure software development, cloud security, and DevSecOps practices.

The role focuses on building secure digital products, achieving KPIs, and ensuring production systems are secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software or security engineering.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or managerial role.
• Deep understanding of secure software development, vulnerability management, cloud security, data security.
• Experience with secure APIs, authentication/authorization, encryption, and threat modeling.
• Hands-on DevSecOps with full lifecycle production services.
• Experience with TDD, Agile SCRUM, secure SDLC.
