Job summary

Allstate NI is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). You will define the product vision, lead discovery and roadmaps, and partner with Engineering, UX, Data, and Business leaders to deliver secure customer identity experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and a track record in regulated digital delivery. You will mentor Digital Product Managers, shape strategy, and drive measurable outcomes across adoption,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product strategy leadership across complex platforms or multi-product portfolios.
• 2+ years of direct leadership, coaching, and development of Product Managers.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining, tracking, and using KPIs to drive prioritization and outcomes.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and outcomes for the CIAM product family.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap aligned with security and digital goals.
• Lead product discovery using customer insight and data to validate needs.
• Define onboarding, registration, authentication, and profile management solutions.
• Translate strategy into prioritized, outcome-based requirements for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Data, UX, and Business teams to deliver secure, scalable experiences.
• Balance customer experience with security, privacy, regulatory and technical considerations.
• Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, security, reliability, and financial value.
• Use performance data to prioritise improvements and maximise product value.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and investment decisions across multiple products.
