Allstate NI in Belfast is seeking a Lead Engineer - Security Engineering to lead day-to-day development, implementation, and support of security controls across multiple product teams. You will build secure digital products and own production deployments.

The role demands hands-on leadership, deep expertise in secure software development, cloud security, DevSecOps practices, and the ability to align security with business goals and KPIs.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years' software or security engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years in technical leadership or management.
• Deep knowledge of secure SDLC, cloud security, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with secure APIs, authentication/authorization, encryption, and threat modeling.
• Experience with TDD, Agile SCRUM.
