Allstate NI is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to drive the CIAM portfolio. You will shape strategy, lead discovery and roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX, and Business leaders to deliver secure, scalable identity experiences.

You’ll balance customer experience with security and regulatory needs while guiding a team of Digital Product Managers to achieve measurable outcomes and business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading digital product strategy across complex platforms.
• At least 2 years’ experience coaching and developing Product Managers.
• Experience influencing senior leaders across Engineering, Data, UX and Business teams to achieve outcomes.
• Proven experience defining, tracking, and using KPIs to drive prioritization and decisions.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment, balancing strategy with delivery in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilités

• Own vision, strategy and measurable outcomes for the Customer Identity and Access Management product family.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap aligned with security, digital experience and transformation goals.
• Lead product discovery using customer insight, data, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.
• Define onboarding, registration, authentication, authorization, profile management and web access solutions.
• Translate objectives into clear product priorities and delivery plans for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, Data, UX and Business teams to deliver secure identity experiences.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track adoption, efficiency, security risk and financial value.
• Lead and develop Digital Product Managers to strengthen product management practices.
