Allstate NI in Belfast is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to own security-focused products that protect enterprise assets and enable secure-by-default development practices. You will define product strategy, roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and KPI-driven success, partnering with engineering and security teams to deliver secure-by-default capabilities across IDEs and CI/CD pipelines.

Occasional office visits are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in product scoping, backlog ownership and Agile delivery.
• Minimum 1 year coaching product management peers across a technology organisation.
• Strong security, Secure SDLC and DevSecOps knowledge.
• Ability to define KPIs/OKRs and make data-driven decisions.
