Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience scoping, discovery, framing and backlog ownership.
- Minimum 1 year coaching peers across a broader tech organisation.
- Strong understanding of security principles, secure SDLC and DevSecOps.
- Proven ability to define KPIs/OKRs and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience delivering Agile product releases with backlog ceremonies.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, policy-as-code and automation in security workflows.
Responsibilities

- Set measurable outcomes and manage security product backlog.
