Job summary

Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a Band 7 Pharmacy Technician on a bank basis to transpose medication charts to the Better ePMA System ahead of go-live. You will work with senior colleagues to ensure safe, accurate, and timely digital transition of medicines management across wards and departments.

The role requires a Pharmacist-registered professional with secondary care experience, flexibility for weekend shifts, and collaboration with pharmacy leaders to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree or equivalent level in pharmacy.
• Registered with the GPhC.
• Experience in secondary care and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe existing medication charts onto the Better ePMA System for go-live.
• Work with pharmacist team leaders to ensure safe, accurate medicines management processes.
• Support digitalisation of services and monitor performance for improvements.
