Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for Digital Systems (Band 5) to support digital medicines and EPMA across the hospital. The role combines clinical pharmacy practice with systems governance, training and project work.

Part time, with flexible working options, 22.5 hours per week, evening/weekend commitments. The post involves system user support, testing, implementation, and collaboration with Digital/IT and external suppliers, plus opportunities to progress

Formación

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with GPhC
• NVQ3 or BTEC Nat Cert in Pharmacy services
• ACPT or willingness to work towards
• Experience with digital healthcare systems or service improvement

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation and optimisation of digital medicines and pharmacy systems across the Trust.
• Act as superuser for designated systems, providing first-line support to staff.
• Assist with configuration, testing, implementation and upgrades of systems.
• Develop SOPs, guidance and training materials for digital medicines.
• Deliver training for Pharmacy and Trust staff on digital medicines systems.
• Contribute to reports, KPIs, audits and service-improvement projects.
