Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 4 HE in Pharmacy Technician Practice or equivalent and GPhC registration.
• Post-qualification experience in relevant area of practice.
• Welsh language ability desirable; bilingual policy supported.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Medicines Optimisation work across GP practices.
• Contribute to education and training for pharmacy staff and trainees.
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
• Act as authorised witness for destruction of controlled drugs and ensure governance compliance.
• Work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
