A leading bank is seeking a Digital Optimisation Manager to oversee digital optimisation initiatives across its platform. In this role, you will lead data-driven testing and personalisation strategies, ensuring measurable improvements in customer journeys and conversion rates. This hands-on position requires expertise in Adobe Target and involves coordinating a team to deliver effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. The role is based in London or Northampton and is for a 12-month secondment.
Join us as a Digital Optimisation Manager and take ownership of all digital optimisation initiatives across Barclaycard Payments' website. This is a hands‑on role where you will lead and execute data‑driven testing and personalisation strategies, ensuring measurable improvements in customer journeys and conversion rates. Your hands‑on expertise in Adobe Target will be central to success. You will design, implement, and analyse tests using Adobe Target and related tools, driving performance through continuous optimisation. In addition, you will coordinate an AEM team based in India, ensuring alignment and seamless delivery across regions. You will also oversee sprint planning and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with business objectives.
This role is based in London or Northampton.
Please note this role is a 12 month secondment.
To develop, implement, and manage digital marketing platform and channels, including the management of the website, social media channels and marketing technology platforms.
