Reports to: Digital Trade & Merchandising Manager
Location: Formal House, Cheltenham, Hybrid - On site 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Digital Trade manager to define the visual merchandising strategy.
- Execute and maintain the visual layout and sorting of product listing pages and collections based on sales performance, inventory, seasonal focus and brand priorities.
- Maintain all collections and landing pages and ensure optimisation of cross-merchandising.
- Assist in creation of on-site promotions, bundles, and cross-sells/upsells.
- Monitor and optimise site search results and product filtering options to improve usability and conversion.
- Analyse customer behaviour using Hotjar, session recordings, and heatmaps.
- UX analysis of navigation, search, and homepage engagement
- Provide actionable insights for continuous site improvement.
Collaboration & Cross-Team Support
- Work closely with the Tagalys team (our AI-powered site search and merchandising tool) to ensure best practice and that new features are utilised.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Graphics teams to ensure visual consistency across all content.
- Sit alongside and closely collaborate with our E-Commerce Executive.
Skills & Experience Required
- 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce, digital, or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of brand and visual standards with a keen eye for design. Experience working with a luxury brand is preferred.
- Analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Shopify or other web platforms, and external apps like Hotjar or Semrush.
