The Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers is seeking a Digital Marketing and Platforms Manager for its Head Office at Salford Quays. The role is fully office-based with no set hours, and the salary starts at £54,499 per annum rising to £61,913 after probation.

You must live within 50 miles of Head Office and overnight stays may be required. You will lead digital marketing and platforms, manage the digital team, and ensure data-led campaigns, content marketing, CRM systems and marketing

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital marketing and web management.
• Proven ability to lead digital campaigns and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (eg Dotdigital).
• Knowledge of CRM systems and audience engagement.
• Able to exercise managerial judgement and coordinate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy to drive recruitment, engagement and retention with data-led marketing.
• Provide line management and oversight of the digital team.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing, content and technology.
• Promote consistency, QA, and strategic alignment of digital outputs.
