The role is hybrid working with time in their South Manchester office and working from home.
You’ll be a data‑driven digital marketer with 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or paid media, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You’ll have a proven track record of managing multi‑channel campaigns and delivering measurable ROI. Strong experience is needed with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, as well as experience developing and implementing SEO strategies and working with CRO tools such as Hotjar, Google Optimize or equivalent. You’ll be analytical, able to confidently use Google Analytics, Data Studio or equivalent reporting platforms.
